In the Spring of 2006, Elaine Trujillo founded Labor Services International. Having a lifelong agricultural background, Elaine had a unique understanding of the labor crisis facing the United States agricultural industry and wanted to find ways to help our farmers maintain a reliable, qualified and legal workforce.


In June of 2006, we filed our first order for H-2A labor for a local tobacco farmer. Our focus on quality labor solutions for our customers has been going strong since. As we celebrate over 16 years of business, we reflect on all the changes this industry has experienced. LSI supports employers across the US by assisting them with the federal H-2A temporary non-immigrant visa program process. Today, by utilizing our online Employer Portal, LSI provides our customers with a modern solution to an age-old problem. Our goal is for agricultural employers to have the tools they need at their fingertips with a personalized and relational experience.
